Appointment Booking 1. Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person. 2. A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. 3. Walk-in clients are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed. Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. 2. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. 3. In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. Late Arrival 1. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in. 2. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client. 3. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and subject to the cancellation policy. Health Conditions 1. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your appointment. 2. We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe for the client. Gift Certificates 1. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. 2. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift certificate. Personal Belongings 1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 2. Please keep your valuables secure during your visit.
